We are located just one mile off Interstate 380 and 7 miles east of Waterloo. 2020 estimated population is 759.

- Motion to approve Resolution 2025-1640 - A Resolution Authorizing the City Clerk to make the appropriate interfund transfers of sums and record the same in the appropriate manner for September 2025 through June 2026 to pay on the water and sewer loans for the City of Raymond, Iowa.
- Motion to approve Resolution 2025-1641 - A Resolution Authorizing to change the driveway paving mix from high traffic to standard mix reducing the cost of the driveway paving by about $4,389.
